Metaphysical Exercise: Force Friendship Light Expansion



This exercise is to be done at the opening of class with a group of students. It can also be done alone if the Padawan chooses to study this way.

a) Sit in a chair with your hands placed on the arms of the chair or in your lap. This is called the

“God Form” which is found on all the ancient Egyptian temples.

b) Draw in a breath for the count of 6, hold to a count of 3 and slightly tense your body, then exhale for a count of 6. Each time this is done, gradually increase the tension in the body.

c) Do the in-out breath for up to 3 times until all tension is released from the body.

d) At this point. place your attention in the center of your stomach. See here your light.

e) Allow this light to expand and fill your body, until you become a full silhouette of light. Feel the warmth of the light as it fills you, melt away any ache or pain or discomfort in the physical body.

f) Next, allow this light to expand beyond your physical body to it begins to fill your aura field, until you a bright shining ball of radiating light like the Sun.

g) Now, place your attention in the center of the room.

h) See here in your mind’s eye, a television screen in the center of the room.

i) Within this T.v. screen, visualize your “Goal” for being here in class tonight.

j) Next after that image is fully formed, visualize your “Purpose” for this goal.

k) After your “Purpose” has been fully visualized, visualize the activities you will take in the physical to manifest these goals.

l) After these three visualizations have been completed, release this image by placing your attention at the center of your forehead.

m) placed at our feet, and re-centering back in your body, starting from the feet, and going all the way up back to the head.

n) Take in 3 deep breaths and open your eyes.

o) Look to the person to your right, if in a group, and tell them “May the Force Be With you!”

NOTE: this exercise should not last more than 5 to 10 minutes before the class period. This is the gateway exercise which will be expanded upon latter in the course.
